I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale

Returns and exchange details

All Sale are final, no refunds or exchanges are accepted without prior authorization.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason or there has been an error with your order, please contact me within 24 hours of receiving your package and I will work with you to resolve the problem, as I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
Authorized returns accepted within 14 days of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Full refund or exchange value for unused item in NEW condition. If item has been used then 50% refund or exchange value will be given (less shipping fees).

Orders paid by US postal money order will be shipped upon payment received while orders paid by US check will be subject to 5-7day hold for payment to clear.

International buyers: PLEASE NOTE- import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Please check with your countries customs office to determine what these charges will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick up the item- do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise value below value or mark as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
